Return Policy

You may return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, or you may exchange them for a different size. You may refer to Exchanges for additional information.

Please make sure that the items are in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. Worn items are not exchangeable, not returnable, and not refunded. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returned items are subject to full inspection before a refund is approved. We do not refund shipping charges.

You may contact us by email at customers@kenyadirect.comand ask us to send you a prepaid return shipping label by regular mail or e-mail. Prepaid return shipping label is valid only via UPS delivery. We will respond to you within 2 business days.

Please follow these instructions for using the prepaid return shipping label:

Step 1: Affix the prepaid return shipping label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.

Step 2: Package the return and seal securely with tape.

Step 3: Give the package to a UPS driver or take it to a UPS drop-off location. Find the UPS Service Center near you.

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for any damages or loss of the product when en route to be returned or exchanged. This applies to both domestic and international returns and exchanges.
