What is the return and exchange policy?

You may return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, or you may exchange them for a different size. You may refer to Exchanges for additional information.

Please make sure that the items are in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. Worn items are not exchangeable, not returnable, and not refunded. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returned items are subject to full inspection before a refund is approved. We do not refund shipping charges.

You may contact us by email at customers@kenyadirect.comand ask us to send you a prepaid return shipping label by regular mail or e-mail. Prepaid return shipping label is valid only via UPS delivery. We will respond to you within 2 business days.

 

I have not received my order, what can I do?

Check the status of your order by visiting your Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.

If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail.

If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently not shipping internationally, but we plan to in coming months.

 

How do I change my order?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order's status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy.
